These muffins are great for breakfast or for a mid morning snack.
Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

3 mashed very ripe bananas

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 3/4 cup flour

1/3 cup old fashioned oats

3 handfuls of chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake @ 325 deg F 23-25 mins.
