Directions
Place the maple syrup, bourbon, and a squeeze of lemon juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.
Strain into an old fashioned glass.
Pour in ginger beer to desired taste and stir to combine.
Garnish with lemon slice.
Recipe Note
For a non-alcoholic version substitute Barred Woods Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup for the Maple Syrup and eliminate the Maker's Mark.
