I love this dressing for salads. I also use it for marinating chicken and pork.
1/3 cup Pure Vermont Maple Syrup (I prefer Dark)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
A pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a jar, then cover with lid and shake to combine.
Use on green salads or as a marinade for chicken.
Refrigerate leftovers.
