100% Pure Organic Vermont Maple Syrup available in amber and dark grades. If undecided about the grade, many people prefer Dark Color & Robust Flavor for cooking and baking and Amber Color & Rich Flavor as a topping.   But either grade works for any purpose.  In general, the darker the grade the more "mapley" the flavor.   A bottle of each grade makes a nice pairing as a gift!
