2021 Sugarhouse Reserve Vermont Maple Syrup
Maple Syrup is made each spring as the days lengthen and the temperature warms We taste each batch as it comes off the evaporator. Our Sugarhouse Reserve Maple Syrup is picked from the very peak of the season. This year that occurred on March 31, 2021. The temperature dropped to a chilly 5 degrees early in the morning of the 31st at our sugarwoods in Belvidere, Vt. But under a bright sun the temperature rapidly rose into the 40's. The syrup we produced that day and on April 1st had a buttery richness that we're sure you will enjoy. Each 375ml bottle is individually numbered and dated.
