Maple Candy should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight, with the box lid closed. We recommend not putting the candy in the refrigerator because the low humidity will dry out the candy. Conversely, we recommend not putting our maple candy in a sealed zip-lock bag because some water will evaporate out of the candy and the air inside the bag will become too moist.
