Processed by us in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the sap the same day it is collected and we use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available.

If undecided about the grade, many people prefer Dark Color & Robust Flavor for cooking and baking and Amber Color & Rich Flavor as a topping. But either grade works for any purpose. In general, the darker the grade the more "mapley" the flavor. A bottle of each grade makes a nice pairing as a gift!
