Maple Syrup is made each spring as the days lengthen and the temperature warms We taste each batch as it comes off the evaporator. Our Sugarhouse Reserve Maple Syrup is picked from the very peak of the season. This year that occurred on March 17, 2022, a little earlier than typical. Temperatures had been fairly cold in Northern Vermont up to this point, and also cloudy. Finally the sun came out and warmed the temperatures into the 40's and the sap came gushing out of our trees. The syrup we produced that day and the next had a buttery richness that we're sure you will enjoy. Each 375ml bottle is individually numbered and dated.
