The honey comes from about 10 miles down the road in Eden Vermont.  It is sourced from hives that supply a Vermont Apple orchard and is produced by a veteran apiarists who focuses on the health of his hives.

For your quart of maple syrup you can order Amber Rich Grade (former Grade A) or Dark Robust Grade (former Grade B).  If undecided about the grade, many people prefer Dark Color & Robust Flavor for cooking and baking and Amber Color & Rich Flavor as a topping. But either grade works for any purpose. In general, the darker the grade the more "mapley" the flavor.
