This pancake mix is made "just on the other side of the mountain" from us in Northern Vermont. It comes in a handy recyclable bag with sewn closure with the instructions printed right on the back. Made from wholesome ingredients, it even has maple sugar in it. Goes great with Barred Woods Maple Syrup!
The honey comes from about 10 miles down the road in Eden Vermont. It is sourced from hives that supply a Vermont Apple orchard and is produced by a veteran apiarists who focuses on the health of his hives.
For your pint of maple syrup you can order Amber Rich Grade (former Grade A) or Dark Robust Grade (former Grade B). If undecided about the grade, many people prefer Dark Color & Robust Flavor for cooking and baking and Amber Color & Rich Flavor as a topping. But either grade works for any purpose. If you're not sure we recommend going with the amber grade.
